Govinda Rizal writes to opposition leader
Posted On January 5, 2009
Dear Leader Tshering,
Thanks a lot for the reply. This is our first encounter, and we shall have a lot of differences in views and perception. Politically, we could be the worst opponents. Yet, however you think, we are the product of the same land, time and situation. We are the colorful children of the land. If we are thorns and you are leaves, let’s have beautiful flowers and nutritious fruits. There are many things in common and many factors which effect us together.
You showed who you actually are? It is good that your write ups did not have much unexpected. You are a good man, with right to protect what you think is the best for you. The difference is that who you think the best we dont. . A small doubt I had, which I felt it important to know, if you knew the real situation. Your answer is correct. You are in the cocoon of the royal luxury, may be the obligation and trust too.
The important matters were your words? We got it. It is timely; a lot of my friends and I had an altruistic image of you, but we could come out to see the reality before late. We didn’t have to remain with a mistaken acuity for long. Yet i feel, what ever your words are at the surface, deep inside, inside your true self you know the reality in the real way.
I am not on the way to convince you, i shall not try that; but to let you know our side of your concern:
You guys have vindictive attitude and shallow mindset. Starting from TN Rizal down to Rizal Jr., the “so called advocating for the cause” is nothing but dying for gaining cheap popularity among your confused intellectual group.
Vindictive: no; most forgiving you should say.
Compare: there are guys who are still hungry and angry after plundering all our villages and properties. After loosing all those we are still sympathetic, humane and forgiving to wards them.
Talk about Mr. TN Rizal: The lord in thimphu , used to bow before him, when he was in power. He was the first man on the land to own a concept of corruption and battle against it, which was too much for others. In his absence those powerful people have that freedom, and happy with it. Same rules apply to all.
Indeed you guys have no rights to talk about our country.
The moment we were born, we were born with that right, which no power can revoke it. We have just equal, if not more to talk about Bhutan. We are both Bhutanese, for we were born in the land. It is not in your hand as who should be born. Neither you nor we were born, after applying NOC for birth in that land. There is no reason that makes you more Bhutanese and other less. If you are talking of the service to the feudalism, we are superior to you, we could challenge it.
The reasons: Ratan and Jogen are already into UN jobs in Nepal; with out Nepali citizenship they are not blessed so easily.
Good organization systems do not follow Thimphu’s rules. Mr Ratan , Mr. Jogen and Mr Deo were caught, pressed, punished, and pushed, by the tyranny just because they were more intelligent, brave and able than their contemporaries and seniors. Any good organization looks more for right people than yes people.
So, They shall do their best wherever they go. Thus they shall reply from their own capacities.
Govenda Rizal is a Nepali national as he is married to a Nepali girl from Chitwan.
We have been fighting against this very system. There was a void of some one to fight on behalf of the F4/F5 citizens. Now am I eligible? Third Monarch’s wives were from kalimpong and Tibet. So our former monarch JSW is F4/F5. He must be a kalimpong national, by your definition. Is he?
Tak Nath Rizal posses properties at Birtamode and without citizenship building house is impossible. Deo Datta Sharma is US National who was also a Indian National from West Bengal.
So you have maintained a good database. You may take all those if you find so. Our PM is used to it. In the next mail, please share part of the database as who are enjoying our land houses and properties back in Bhutan. It shall give us a big satisfaction brother.
Our country is very small and we can not accommodate immigrants–with opportunistic mindset- in large numbers. Your country is Nepal; why don’t you advocates for you own country which is almost a failed state? It needs human resources !
You said and repeated “our country’. But nowhere did you mention the name of it.
To inform you the fact, My country is under the usurper despot. It is called BHUTAN. The Usurpers are ngalongs, who call themselves Drukpas. Drukpas flourished and moved from north towards south, the bhutanese from south towards north. Their meetion resulted in friction, lightining and thunder. Very recently, those from north have started calling Bhutan their land and themselves as Bhutanese. Forcefully and temporarily they have occupied it. To the utter dismay, they are calling BHUTAN their land, but in their language, they cannot correctly write, BHUTAN, the name of the country. Can you write the name of your country in your language? Hope this single question will be the key to the future thoughts and researches. It shall teach you as who the true sons of Bhutan are.
You do not need to bother much about us. We shall try our best to take best care of ourselves. Please solve the problems that are silently killing the innocent helpless people inside there. I am requesting this once again, just because, Now you are in a position to do it. And you do not always get this opportunity. You have power with you now. Anybody can do bad things, but with power, good things are easy and possible. Use your power to do many great and good things. Best of all do not try to hide problems or run away from them.
We are looking forward to hearing great good things from you. We have our hands ready for the applause. It is time for you to act and shine.
With best Regards
Govinda Rizal
