 Collecting information about events and happening that are related to or beneficial to Bhutanese community in SA
 Select and edit the news, articles and other content meant for the bulletin
 Circulate the bulletin on Bhutanese community and other agencies/people who are interested to Bhutanese community in SA
 Write grants, submit grant reports, coordinate community projects, prepare plans, organise organisation meeting and prepare agenda/minutes
